Exchanges & refunds
If you’re unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please feel free to contact us within three days of receiving your package to organise an exchange or store credit. Exchanges will still incur fees for shipping, Paypal and credit cards.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-base basis. You need to contact us within three days of receiving your package if you are seeking a refund. We do cannot offer refunds on pierced earrings, gift certificates or custom orders. All items must be returned unworn and in original condition within 14 days of receipt for Australian customers and within 30 days for international customers.
If the item is faulty or not as described, we will provide a full refund, exchange or store credit, excluding the original shipping charge. However, the exchanged item will be sent free of charge to the original shipping address.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and postage cannot be refunded. I am unable to take responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
